* Please note US Dollar and Euro rate equivalents are only to be used as guidelines. They have been taken from the European Central Bank on 21/04/2008 . Currency rates are liable to fluctuate so please check them prior to your departure. (all prices are for bed and breakfast per room per night) ** Please note April Cottage Guest House is a small family run bed and breakfast. We can only offer a maximum of 2 twin rooms and 1 double room at any one time. Booking Terms A deposit of £10 per person per night is required. This is part payment and is non refundable. For reservations for arrivals after 22.30 hrs payment is required in full in advance by cheque. Cancellations For cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival the deposit is non refundable. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the date of arrival, full payment will be required. Check in Time Check in time is from 16.30 hrs to 22.30 hrs unless by prior arrangement. Please check out by 10.00 hrs on day of departure so that we can get the room ready for guests arriving later that day. Breakfast A full English breakfast is served between 0730 hrs and 0845 hrs Monday to Friday and between 0800 hrs and 0900 hrs on Saturday and Sunday. A Continental breakfast is available prior to 0730 hrs (arrangements should be made on arrival). Parking There is a limited amount of parking available at April Cottage Guest House so please contact us to check availability. Courtesy Transport Courtesy transport is available to and from Gatwick or Three Bridges railway station, by arrangement between 09.00 and 21.00. Payment Payment can be made by cash or cheque (with a valid bankers card) in pounds sterling. |
